Small Groups are crucial to our shared life together as a church community. They are small gatherings of people that meet on a regular basis to learn more about Jesus and his plan for our lives and to share what’s happening in our lives with other in an intimate and supportive space.
Each group has its own unique flavour, but generally all practice spiritual disciplines of exploring what it means to follow Jesus today through Bible study, praying for each other, sharing meals together and having fun too.
Here is a list of just a few options to consider:
- FELLOWS FOR FELLOWSHIP - Join our men's group at Peace to form friendships and share life. We meet every third Saturday, 9 to 10:30 am at Peace Church.
- WOMEN'S BOOK CLUB - The book that our group will be reading and discussing is 'Liturgy of the Ordinary' by Tish Harrison Warren. We meet on the first and third Wednesdays of the month.
- RICHMOND #1 - The goal of our group is to develop a closer relationship with God by listening to the Bible as if in conversation with God. We meet every second Wednesday, 7:30 to 9 pm, taking turns hosting the group in our homes.
- RICHMOND #2 - Our group is studying the book of Acts and meets twice a month on Monday evenings.
- CHERRYWOOD - We are a group of women with Servant's hearts. Our group meets twice a month on the first and third Wednesdays at 10:00 am. Currently, we are studying the Book of Nehemiah.
- LADNER - We welcome those seeking to join a group in Ladner. Our group meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays.
- NORTH DELTA - We meet once a month.
- SOUTH DELTA
- VANCOUVER
Small Groups meet the need for meaningful connection in our church community as its often more difficult to engage deeply on Sunday mornings alone. We'd love for you to join one and become more deeply connected in this way. If you're interested in joining a group, please reach out to David McAlary at dmcalary517@gmail.com.
