No other NT book contends as stridently for the gospel as Galatians does. Paul’s tone is harsh and his message urgent for the crisis in Galatia is serious and presents a real danger. Paul himself, and his Gospel message, are under attack by some Jewish believers who fear persecution and so stubbornly choose to remain ‘enslaved’ to the old ways of thinking. As Paul upholds the full significance of the Gospel truth he also works for Church unity.
Join us as we explore what Galatians’ message of freedom through faith in Christ, life in the power of the Spirit, and being God’s signpost of new creation means for us, and our world, today.
